Overview

Olive leaf extract comes from the leaves of Olea europaea — the same plant that produces olive oil — and has been used medicinally in Mediterranean cultures for millennia. While olive oil gets most of the press for cardiovascular health, the leaves contain a far higher concentration of bioactive polyphenols, particularly oleuropein.
